Makeen Apps To Enhance Tenants Lives


Due to the expanding portfolio of Makeen Properties and the inevitable increase in service requests that will be handled by their in-house facilities-maintenance team, the implementation of a digitized system to organize the operation has become more necessary than ever.

Makeen Properties is in the final stages of launching their CAFM software that will revolutionize traditional incoming call requests. Tenants will now make use of a user-friendly app installed on their Smart Devices to lodge maintenance requests, capture and attach photos, follow up, and finally confirm the closure of their maintenance requests.

On the other end, technicians will also have the Smartphone App, allowing them to identify the requester, locate the premises, view the photo attached by the tenant, attend to the request, attach an after-service photo, and finally obtain requester’s signature to verify the closure of the work order.

This system will increase the operational efficiency of the Facilities Department by eliminating the human factor in recording requests and follow-ups, thus delighting their tenant’s experience.
